Fidelity Vacancies – Grade B Security Officer

Fidelity is seeking a qualified and experienced Grade B Security Officer to join our team. The primary role is to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and assets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • PSIRA Grade B or Grade A accreditation and registration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry
  • No criminal record (regular criminal checks will be conducted)
  • Physically fit and able to perform security duties
  • Must reside in the area where the position is available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patrols and ensuring the premises are secure
  • Entrance and exit control to manage access to the site
  • Completing and maintaining all required security registers
  • Writing detailed incident reports as needed
  • Providing a visible security presence to deter threats
  • Responding to security-related incidents in a professional manner

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of situational awareness
  • Capable of following standard operating procedures accurately
