Job Description:
BUCO Middelburg is looking for a proactive and customer-focused General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various operational tasks to ensure smooth store functionality and deliver exceptional service to customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing customers with accurately prepared orders
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of vehicles
• Packing and organizing yard stock items neatly
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicles for safekeeping
• Offering prompt assistance to customers and suppliers with their needs
• Completing wash bay tasks efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Upholding and promoting company values and culture, including:
  • Acting with honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy
  • Demonstrating customer-centric behavior, effective self-management, and teamwork

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Product knowledge is advantageous
