Job Description:

Buco is seeking a dedicated General Assistant to join our Riverside team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks within the store and yard, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide orders accurately to customers and drivers.
• Assist in the loading and offloading of vehicles promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that yard stock items are neatly packed and easily accessible.
• Maintain clean and safely loaded vehicles at all times.
• Provide assistance to customers and suppliers in the workshop/joinery area.
• Accurately complete wash bay activities.
• Organize and maintain store shelves, boards, and other stock items for easy customer access.
• Uphold and promote the company values and culture in all interactions and duties.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Basic product knowledge is required.
