Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated General Assistant to join our team at BUCO Tokai. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate orders for customers and drivers, assisting with the loading and offloading of vehicles.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to customers and suppliers during the loading and offloading process.
  • Maintain an organized yard by ensuring stock items are neatly packed and easily accessible.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and safely loaded to prevent damage.
  • Deliver excellent service to customers and suppliers regarding workshop and joinery needs.
  • Accurately complete wash bay activities.
  • Keep store shelves, boards, and other stock items well-organized and accessible for customers.
  • Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Relevant product knowledge is preferred.
