Job Description:
The Future Leaders Development Programme: Human Resources at Tiger Brands is a 24-month, enhanced development initiative designed for ambitious bachelor’s degree or BTech graduates. This programme aims to cultivate future leaders by immersing them in various business disciplines and providing a structured learning path to prepare them for key roles within our organization.
What We Are Looking For:
We seek high-potential individuals who aspire to build a career with a leading FMCG company. Ideal candidates will have a solid academic record from an accredited institution, having recently completed their 3rd or 4th year of tertiary education.
Key Attributes:
- Career Ambition: A strong desire to pursue a career in FMCG, specifically within Tiger Brands.
- Academic Excellence: A minimum academic average of 65%.
- Innovation and Achievement: Demonstrated potential for high achievement and innovation throughout your studies.
- Experience: Less than one year of full-time work experience in your field of study (excluding workplace experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license.
- Geographical Mobility: Willingness to relocate and move between different locations during the training programme.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in South Africa.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Degree: BCom in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
