FSI Specialist – SAB Vacancies
SAB is seeking an FSI Specialist to coordinate and manage the Financial Sustainability Index (FSI) program and Representation Letters management. This role involves coordinating the flow of information, ensuring automated visibility, and delivering insights to various countries.
As an FSI Specialist, you will support benchmarking across different zones and assist countries in improving their finance processes to drive value generation. This role requires translating high-level business requirements into detailed technical and functional requirements and collaborating with other teams to implement them within the ABI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- FSI Coordination
- Oversee the collection, quality, and visibility of KPI data, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of results.
- Communicate relevant outcomes to the Finance community.
- Representation Letters Management
- Manage the collection and quality of responses to Representation Letters.
- Track and monitor responses, ensuring all deliverables are prepared accurately.
- Project Leadership
- Lead projects aimed at process improvement and report enhancements.
- Coordinate with teams from different countries to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Technical Implementation
- Implement visibility in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Support benchmarking across zones to encourage best practices and continuous improvement.
- Process and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with finance and internal control standards, including IFRS.
- Drive efficiency and consistency in the execution and management of financial processes.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of finance and internal control.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good negotiation skills and a sense of urgency.
- Dynamic, flexible, and ready for challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation in Accounting, Business, or Economics. An MBA in accounting/finance is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
