Fidelity Vacancies – FSG-CCTV OPERATOR PSIRA GRADE B-KZN
Fidelity is looking for a CCTV Operator with PSIRA Grade B certification to join our team in KZN. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee control room operations, manage personnel, and ensure the security of premises through surveillance and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- PSIRA Grade B accreditation with traceable references
- Minimum two years of experience in a security control room
- Firefighting and First Aid training
- Computer literacy in MS Office and CCTV systems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- No criminal record
- Must reside in Hammarsdale
- Own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing control room personnel and ensuring efficient operations
- Updating the incident register daily
- Enforcing discipline and ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Monitoring CCTV footage and responding to security threats
- Reporting incidents and irregular activities to management
