Position Overview:
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Frontline Recruiter to support bulk recruitment needs at the frontline level. This role requires expertise in managing high-volume recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and driving recruitment strategies that meet business needs. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates to ensure the best talent is brought into PepsiCo’s sales, supply chain, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Recruitment:
    • Source and recruit for frontline and bargaining unit roles in high volume.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external candidates.
    • Utilize various online and social platforms, along with other sourcing strategies, to attract top talent.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Adhere to and enforce recruitment processes, ensuring 100% system and data compliance.
    • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Accept (TTA) and Time-to-Fill (TTF), exceeding monthly targets.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Conduct effective role briefings and write engaging job advertisements based on thorough understanding of each position.
    • Directly source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
    • Screen, shortlist, and support interview processes, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver top-notch recruitment services.
    • Bring external market insights to talent acquisition (TA), HR, and hiring discussions.
  • Continuous Improvement and Project Support:
    • Collaborate with the TA Manager on recruitment strategy execution, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide guidance on sourcing methods and ensure the appropriate use of assessment tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on frontline roles in sales, supply chain, and technical fields.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and meeting demanding KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools.
