Are you a native-English writer with expertise in crafting compelling content on sales, consulting, and HR topics? Do you enjoy creating engaging materials for professional audiences, particularly senior leaders?

Join SAWOO as a Freelance English Content Writer and play a key role in our dynamic content team. Your writing will drive engagement, support community growth, and amplify insights from industry thought leaders across various formats—from podcasts and case studies to LinkedIn posts and newsletters.

Start Date:
We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, ideally no later than May 31st, 2025.

SAWOO is a remote-first company headquartered in Munich, with a 15-person team spanning six countries. We specialize in building and managing professional communities for decision-makers in medium and large enterprises, fostering growth through collaborative learning and networking.

Our initiatives include in-person and virtual events, conferences, podcasts, peer groups, and content across websites, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. We serve executives from top companies like BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, and Siemens. Our goal: 2 million active community members by 2034.

PwC, Bitkom, H&Z Consulting, EGYM Wellpass, and EMERAM Capital.

Your Tasks:

  • Write in-depth case studies based on insights from podcast interviews with industry leaders.
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, case studies) into engaging LinkedIn posts and newsletter articles.
  • Craft compelling newsletters to keep community members informed.
  • Support podcast production with titles, descriptions, show notes, and pre-interview agendas.

Your Profile:

  • Availability: 10–15 hours per week, long-term commitment.
  • Experience: 3+ years in content writing for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Language: Native English proficiency required.
  • Design & Tech: Proficient in Canva and experienced with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
  • SEO: Basic knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.
  • Mindset: Reliable, flexible, and proactive.
