- Manage cashier discrepancies and minimize exchange losses.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently to exceed service expectations.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements.
- Oversee foreign currency and travelers’ cheque handling.
- Continuously evaluate personal performance, seek feedback, and pursue development opportunities.
