This position requires strict adherence to KFC’s standard operating procedures and Health and Safety regulations to ensure exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prepare and cook KFC products following approved standards and procedures as directed by the manager.
  • Portion ingredients and finished products according to KFC guidelines.
  • Monitor product quality by checking and acting on expiration dates and times.
  • Use product holding equipment correctly, adhering to holding times and temperatures.
  • Follow standard procedures for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Record product preparation information and manage product quality.
  • Embrace Yum’s culture principles.
  • Ensure every product meets KFC standards and that each customer is satisfied.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor.
