Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 1+ year of experience in clothing retail.
  • A passion for retail and fashion.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Hardworking and able to work shopping mall hours.
  • Assertive with excellent communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with a development-driven mindset.
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player, customer-centric, and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding care by interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Maximization: Work to meet store sales targets through active selling and product promotion.
  • Merchandising: Display merchandise according to company standards and maintain visual appeal.
  • Stock Management: Handle stock in line with set standards and maintain an organized store environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains in top condition and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
  • Sales Duties: Efficiently operate the till and perform all sales-related tasks.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the store.
