Fidelity Vacancies – Fleet Administrator

Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support the Fleet Department at our Midrand Branch. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to manage the administrative responsibilities of the department, as well as assist in overseeing the control and maintenance of the company’s fleet.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Clear criminal record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least 2 years of administration experience
  • Fleet administration background is an advantage
  • Ability to work extended hours when required
  • Capable of working independently, handling pressure, and meeting tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain filing systems and document management, including archiving
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet and Branch Manager
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries
  • Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Process purchase orders and handle invoicing
  • Manage Capex and Asset requirements
  • Assist in overseeing vehicle maintenance and control
  • Ensure proper investigation and documentation of accidents, submitting paperwork to Head Office within deadlines
  • Manage quotations, orders, and invoicing, ensuring necessary authorizations are obtained and payments processed
  • Support general office inquiries and perform other administrative tasks as needed
