Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven FireBlock Sales Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. The role focuses on promoting and selling our innovative FireBlock products, a cutting-edge fire suppression technology, along with fire response services. As a trusted advisor to clients, the consultant will provide comprehensive fire safety solutions, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- FireBlock Product Sales:
Promote and demonstrate the benefits of FireBlock products, showcasing their applications and fire safety advantages to potential and existing clients. - Fire Response Services Sales:
Identify clients with fire response needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their safety requirements. - Client Consultation:
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical advice and guidance on fire suppression and compliance standards. - Product Expertise:
Stay updated on FireBlock products, industry trends, and fire safety regulations to deliver accurate advice and effective sales strategies. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and customized solutions. - Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales. - Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, including client feedback and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement. - Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and fire response units, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in fire safety products or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fire suppression systems, with familiarity with FireBlock technology preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fire safety consulting or a related field.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Technical expertise in fire suppression systems or prior experience with FireBlock products.
