Pick n Pay Vacancies – Finance Administrator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to provide supervisory and administrative support within our banking sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven experience in reconciliation, and proficiency in key financial software.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
  • Three years of proven experience as a reconciliation clerk in a similar administrative environment
  • Experience in clearing banking control accounts is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook

  • Sense of urgency and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check the completeness and accuracy of bank reconciliations.
  • Manage all aspects of the Banking department, including staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the beneficiary maintenance and authorization processes.
  • Ensure that electronic payments are completed and submitted accurately.
  • Validate payment submissions and execution.
  • Investigate and follow up on any queries.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies within the department.
  • Facilitate staff training and development.
  • Provide support to BTS Management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
