Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor quality control of goods manufactured at CMTs and service providers, including cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating, and finishing services.
• Work closely with the Design Division Garment Technologists on quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams, operations managers, and planners in the Design Division.
• Prepare and review AQL reports and S4 reports.
• Report and monitor all quality issues arising at the factory and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and measure action plans for improvements.
• Provide mentoring and training to ensure quality improvement.
• Submit daily reports to Head Office.
• Manage priorities, appointments, and schedules effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
• Clothing manufacturing experience in a factory environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or level of responsibility.
• Experience in a Field Quality Auditor role at a senior auditor or supervisory level.
• Proficient in conducting AQL inspections (Level 2.5 major, 4 minor) and preparing AQL and S4 reports.
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
• Basic computer literacy, with Excel skills being advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of AQL processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Service-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and provide constructive feedback.
