Job Description
The Field Quality Auditor will be responsible for quality control monitoring across CMTs and service providers, ensuring products meet Truworths’ quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with technical, design, and operations teams to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control monitoring of goods produced at CMTs and service providers, including cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating, and finishing
- Liaise with Design Division Garment Technologists on quality-related matters
- Collaborate with technical teams, operations managers, and planners to resolve quality issues
- Compile AQL and S4 reports in line with required standards
- Report, track, and monitor factory quality issues, implement action plans, and mentor teams for improvement
- Provide daily quality reports to Head Office
- Manage priority workloads, appointments, and schedules effectively
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven clothing manufacturing experience in a factory environment
- Experience in a senior quality assurance, auditor, or supervisory role
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or level of responsibility
- Proven experience conducting AQL inspections (Level 2.5 major, 4 minor) and compiling AQL and S4 reports
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Basic computer literacy with Excel skills as an advantage

- Solid AQL knowledge

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Confident in providing clear, constructive feedback
