Fidelity Vacancies – External Reconciliation Clerk

Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking an External Reconciliation Clerk to join our Head Office team. Reporting to the External Reconciliation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reconciliation of transactions, resolving branch-related issues, and maintaining strong communication between clients and branches.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous Cash Center experience is advantageous

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide daily reports to the National Manager
  • Communicate and follow up on instructions with allocated branches regarding monthly cash orders, packing schedules, and re-deposits
  • Liaise with branches to resolve real-time issues related to reconciliations, cash orders, and ATM loads
  • Monitor and review branch data capturing daily
  • Act as an intermediary between clients and branches, addressing instructions and day-to-day business concerns
  • Log branch issues and escalate them to the National Manager in a timely manner
  • Provide training to branch Supervisors, ATM Managers, and Reconciliation Clerks
