Principal Accountabilities
- Provide technical leadership to operational teams and direct service delivery for Enterprise Systems.
- Mentor junior staff in alignment with performance and career development goals.
- Enforce enterprise technology standards, governance, and performance metrics.
- Manage risk evaluation and compliance processes.
- Lead on-premises and cloud infrastructure planning, deployment, and migration.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Advise the Product Management Office as an Enterprise Systems subject matter expert.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in ITIL, Nutanix, VxBlock, or Azure are advantageous.
Experience
- 8+ years in IT operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Key Skills
- Proven track record leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Experience in vendor engagement and infrastructure/operations management.
- Strong leadership with expertise in infrastructure planning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their strategic business applications.
- Proficiency in project management and operational efficiency improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts in business terms.
Education & Certifications
Degrees or certifications in relevant IT disciplines are preferred.
Travel & Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel as needed. Visa sponsorship and government clearance eligibility may apply.
