About the Role

Tiger Brands is offering a 12-month Engineering Graduate Programme designed to provide practical experience, project work, and career development opportunities. Join our dynamic team and support projects while gaining valuable industry insight in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this graduate programme, you will:
- Support and work on real-world engineering projects.
- Assist in solving operational and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned Work Integrated Learning (WIL) projects.
- Gain on-the-job experience that aligns with your engineering career aspirations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:
- Degree/Diploma:
- Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of the country of hire.
- Must be based in the city of hire (Isando).
- A relevant BCom or BTech qualification.
- Must not have worked full-time (more than 1 year) in the field of study.
- Currently in the final year of your qualification.
- Authorization to work in the country of hire.
