About the Role:
The Engineering Trainee programme is an 18-month structured initiative designed to equip graduates with technical skills, practical experience, and familiarity with SAB’s culture and principles. Successful completion of the programme prepares individuals to take on full areas of responsibility immediately.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

• Participate in a hands-on, self-study programme to gain comprehensive understanding of theory, principles, and operation of equipment across various departments.
• Contribute to projects aligned with programme requirements and brewery priorities.
• Apply VPO principles in daily operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational problems.
• Participate in team structures and act in leadership roles where applicable.
• Communicate learnings, solutions, and recommendations across different levels of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc, BEng, or BTech (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy, Mechatronics)
• BSc Chemical Engineering
• BSc/BTech Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
