Job Description:
Buco is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented End Controller to join our team in Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all stock leaving the branch is accounted for and properly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Verification: Ensure that the correct stock is dispatched from the branch and that all items leaving the premises are paid for.
- Yard Audits: Conduct daily audits of the yard to maintain accurate inventory and prevent discrepancies.
- Goods Management: Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring proper documentation and processes are followed.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick stock and load vehicles for delivery.
- Security Compliance: Complete relevant security documentation, such as cement control forms, to safeguard company assets.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Company Values: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of building materials will be an added advantage.
