Job Description:
BUCO is looking for an organized and detail-oriented End Controller to join our team. The role involves overseeing the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining stock control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that returned goods are properly processed and the yard is kept organized. This role includes supervisory duties over General Assistants, though disciplinary actions will be handled by store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch goods according to documentation
• Ensure only the correct goods are dispatched, with accurate picking processes
• Maintain stock control, ensuring cement stock balances at all times
• Properly manage and return customer returns to the store, preventing them from being left at the door
• Keep work areas neat, tidy, and organized
• Conduct yard audits accurately
• Supervise General Assistants and report any misconduct or issues to management
• Ensure no stock leaves the store without being paid for
• Verify that the correct stock leaves the branch
• Uphold and promote the company values

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of building materials is advantageous
