Job Description:
BUCO Somerset West is looking for an experienced Driver (16001 kg) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining vehicle standards. Key duties include:

• Delivering goods to various locations
• Ensuring the vehicle is neatly packed and secured to prevent damages
• Supervising and assisting with the loading of goods
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects
• Maintaining the vehicle to ensure it remains in optimal condition
• Supplying the correct quantities and products as per delivery notes
• Authorizing delivery notes and collecting COD payments
• Implementing cost-saving measures for vehicle operations
• Upholding and promoting the company’s values and culture

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Code 10 (HV) and Code 8 (LV) licenses for vehicles under 16001 kg
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
• Excellent customer service skills
