Job Description:
Join our team at Food Lovers Market as a Driver! In this role, you will be responsible for moving stock from Receiving to the Inventory warehouse floor, ensuring both efficiency and safety. This position reports directly to the Inventory Manager or Outbound Manager and will require you to work different shifts across trading and non-trading hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Driver, you will:

  • Move stock from Receiving to the Inventory area.
  • Perform put-away tasks, accurately transferring and allocating receiving inventory into the warehouse in a timely manner.
  • Replenish stock in the picking area as needed.
  • Assist pickers with bulk picking by delivering the correct items and quantities of goods from Inventory to the checking bay.
  • Support the Inventory team during stocktaking.
  • Complete a daily Reach Truck checklist before operating the machines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Report any damages promptly.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Handle heavy lifting and move products as required.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge to assist with accurate picking and packing.
  • Operate a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
  • Work efficiently, especially during peak periods.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Driver position, you must have:

  • Experience as a Reach Truck Driver.
