Job Description:
Buco is hiring a Driver 3501 – 9000 kg to join our team in Brackenfell. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Goods: Transporting goods to various locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and conducting daily inspection checks.
- Loading Supervision: Assisting with and supervising the loading of goods to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
- Cost Management: Reducing costs associated with vehicle operations and maintaining efficient vehicle usage.
- Documentation: Handling delivery notes and authorizations, and collecting COD payments.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers and addressing any issues or queries.
- Reporting: Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Company Values: Upholding and promoting Buco’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Licensing: Code 10 (HV) and Code 8 (LV) for vehicles between 3501 – 9000 kg
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience
