Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transport scheduling and route planning, to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at distribution centers, ensuring alignment with customer demand and production schedules.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure the smooth flow of products from manufacturing to final delivery.
- Maintain records of all shipments, including tracking orders, delivery documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve distribution issues or discrepancies swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transport service providers and other external partners.

- Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve distribution efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in distribution or logistics control, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with distribution management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
