We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to manage, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with key KPIs and business objectives. If you have a strong background in digital marketing with a focus on social media, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement campaign strategies, research potential marketing channels, analyze competitors, and test various approaches to optimize performance.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Build and analyze campaign performance, identify strategic opportunities, and facilitate changes to exceed expectations and KPIs.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee the processes required to efficiently create and run campaigns, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Support & Collaboration:
    Assist the Ecom Head and brand team with research, insights, and data support to develop effective cross-channel media strategies.
  • Insight Reporting:
    Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
  • Media Planning:
    Create effective and logical media plans based on business objectives, and help develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs for paid social media.
  • Team Upskilling:
    Provide training and support to team members on best practices for executing paid social campaigns.
  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility and awareness across various platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Brand Managers and other teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media.
  • Skills: Expertise in running Paid Social campaigns, using Meta Business Manager, Twitter (X) Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and prospecting/retargeting tools.
  • Certification: Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on conversion objectives, brand marketing, and brand awareness. Strong reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
