This permanent role is responsible for managing the loading process and reconciling all products to ensure efficient dispatch operations. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
- Conduct and oversee stock counts.
- Coordinate and manage the loading process.
- Supervise and guide the dispatch team.
- Consolidate orders using Excel.
- Ensure compliance with stock control procedures.
- Handle disciplinary matters and industrial relations within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in stock control.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
