Job Overview:
Buco is seeking a skilled Despatch Clerk to join our Alberton team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient dispatch operations, manage vehicle maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Conduct vehicle checks, servicing, and maintenance. Monitor license expiry dates.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and confirm invoices for drivers.
- Goods Handling: Check goods and quantities for accuracy.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks and adhere to company procedures.
- Company Values: Uphold and promote Buco’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Experience:
- 1 – 2 years in a similar role
