As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support our distribution operations and deliver exceptional service to our stores.

Purpose of the Role

The Customer Service Officer ensures the smooth flow of accurate information to stores regarding order statuses and estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), while professionally handling store queries and maintaining efficient communication processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (essential)

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain (advantageous)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing or a similar environment

• Computer literate with strong systems proficiency

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all store orders, including Jab orders

• Maintain daily communication with store managers and regional teams

• Resolve help desk queries promptly and professionally

• Implement and monitor pallet control procedures to support operational efficiency
