About the Role:

Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: 12-18 months in face-to-face customer service
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional service, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Uphold Pick n Pay’s customer-first ethos and actively listen to customer feedback.
- Operational Standards:
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain awareness of Pick n Pay’s values, priorities, and business flow to effectively manage operations and resolve issues.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent Pick n Pay’s values within the community, ensuring alignment with local needs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally across various platforms and ensure the public liability process is followed.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure understanding of HR policies, the Consumer Protection Act, Liquor Act, and other legal requirements.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health standards, adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing these areas.
