Pick n Pay Careers – Customer Service Manager
Pick n Pay is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to ensure exceptional service and uphold the company’s values within the community. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 12–18 months of face-to-face customer service experience
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally
- Understand and implement Pick n Pay’s values, culture, and business priorities
- Gain knowledge of different store formats and how they cater to customer demands
- Manage and resolve customer complaints through various channels
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and company policies
- Develop a strong understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and Liquor Act
- Oversee the implementation of food safety procedures and public liability processes
- Engage with the community and foster positive relationships between the store and its customers
- Maintain accurate reports and ensure HR policies are followed within the department
