We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Pick n Pay’s values within the community.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- 12-18 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- High energy and attention to detail.
- Quick problem-solving abilities.
- Strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide both informal and formal feedback on customer interactions and manage the customer complaints process effectively.
Store Standards:
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high store standards.
Communication:
- Facilitate clear communication across all levels through both informal and formal channels.
Training:
- Conduct training sessions on handling customer complaints and maintaining store standards through audits.
Social Responsibility:
- Engage with the community by providing feedback and participating in local media outreach.
Administration:
- Manage administrative tasks including feedback documentation and reporting.
Ad-hoc Projects:
- Lead and oversee project plans to enhance customer service delivery.
