Pick n Pay Careers  – Customer Service Manager Eastern Cape

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Pick n Pay’s values within the community.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • 12-18 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.

  • Quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide both informal and formal feedback on customer interactions and manage the customer complaints process effectively.

Store Standards:

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high store standards.

Communication:

  • Facilitate clear communication across all levels through both informal and formal channels.

Training:

  • Conduct training sessions on handling customer complaints and maintaining store standards through audits.

Social Responsibility:

  • Engage with the community by providing feedback and participating in local media outreach.

Administration:

  • Manage administrative tasks including feedback documentation and reporting.

Ad-hoc Projects:

  • Lead and oversee project plans to enhance customer service delivery.
