Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Consultant to manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts, aiming to increase revenue and drive business growth. As the primary point of contact for key clients, the Consultant will provide outstanding customer service, strategic guidance, and sales support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement account strategies that align with company objectives
  • Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts to ensure growth and profitability
  • Prepare detailed proposals/quotes tailored to customer requirements
  • Assist with planning and executing roadshows and marketing activations to enhance brand visibility
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Travel to meet key clients and attend industry events as needed
