Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to increase revenue and drive business growth. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and guidance to meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Customer Relationship Consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth. This role requires an individual who can drive business performance through strategic account management and exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement account strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and work to drive growth and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on each client’s specific requirements.
  • Assist in organizing roadshows and marketing activations to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, sales forecasts, and any key developments.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to help drive business growth.
  • Travel to meet with key clients and attend relevant industry events as necessary.
