Fidelity is looking for a Customer Relationship Consultant-Pretoria to develop and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement account strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within key accounts to drive growth and profitability
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on customer requirements
  • Assist with planning roadshows and marketing activations to enhance visibility
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
