Job Description:
Fidelity is looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and increase revenue. As the main point of contact for key clients, you will ensure excellent customer service and provide expert guidance to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and Growth: Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts, and drive profitability by developing tailored strategies and solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align account strategies with company objectives and ensure successful implementation.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed proposals and quotes tailored to the unique needs of each customer.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning roadshows and marketing activations to boost visibility and engagement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with key clients and attend industry events as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in key account management and sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
