Job Description:

Tiger Brands is offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to join its Future Leaders Development Programme: Customer Marketing. This 24-month development programme is designed to cultivate leadership talent in the FMCG industry. Participants will gain valuable experience in Customer Marketing, working across various disciplines to prepare for strategic roles within the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking ambitious Customer Marketing graduates who are eager to launch their careers with a leading FMCG company. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, a passion for customer-centric marketing, and the ability to innovate and lead. Through hands-on projects and structured learning, you’ll be prepared for critical marketing roles within Tiger Brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive development programme focusing on customer marketing strategies.
  • Work on strategic initiatives involving consumer insights, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences.
  • Contribute to customer relationship management and drive sales growth through targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or BTech in Business, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 65% academic average.
  • Work Experience: Less than one year of full-time work experience (excluding internships).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
  • Mobility: Willingness to relocate during the programme.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must have work authorization in the country of hire.
  • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and leadership potential.
  • Recent graduate from an accredited institution.
  • A passion for building a career in Customer Marketing within Tiger Brands.
