Job Description:
BUCO is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to manage and verify supplier transactions while ensuring timely payments. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth financial operations and involves working closely with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs) against supplier invoices.
• Reconcile creditor accounts with supplier statements.
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers in line with agreed credit terms.
• Address and resolve queries with suppliers.
• Maintain organized filing of all relevant documentation.
• Uphold and promote company values of honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy.
• Exhibit customer-centric behavior and effective teamwork, while managing tasks independently.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Relevant certificate (advantageous).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of relevant systems and product information.
