Buco Vacancies – Creditors Clerk – GBM – Shared Services

Job Overview:
BUCO is hiring a Creditors Clerk – GBM – Shared Services to manage creditor-related tasks, including GRN verification, supplier payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all payments and records are accurately maintained and adhere to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) to ensure correct supplier billing
  • Perform Creditors Reconciliation to maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Process Supplier Payments accurately and on time
  • Handle and resolve Supplier Queries effectively
  • Provide General Administrative Support to the finance department
  • Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • A relevant Certificate is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Systems and Products

Salary: Market-related
