Job Description
Truworths is seeking a highly motivated Credit Operations Supervisor to lead, guide, and support a team of Collectors. The role requires ensuring that key performance requirements are met while adhering to operational processes, systems, and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Staff scheduling and shift management.

Conducting staff training to enhance performance and skills.

Monitoring and evaluating staff performance to ensure goals are met.

Addressing and managing poor performance.

Recruitment and staffing of the team.

Overseeing the daily workflow processes to ensure efficiency.

Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-
Monitoring calls for quality and performance.
-
Managing rotating night shifts as required.
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification.
-
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
-
Strong knowledge of Vision Plus and experience in a Call Centre or Credit environment. Collections experience is essential.
