Job Description
Truworths is seeking a Credit Operations Supervisor – Collections to lead, guide, develop, and support a team of Collectors. This role is crucial in ensuring that key performance targets are met while adhering to operational requirements, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee staff scheduling and training.

Monitor staff performance and manage poor performance.

Recruit and manage daily workflow processes.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Conduct call monitoring and ensure team compliance.

Manage rotating night shifts.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Matric qualification.
-
A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Essential knowledge of Vision Plus and experience in a Call Centre or Credit environment.

Collections experience is required.
