Job Description:

Buco is seeking a proactive Credit Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jeffreys Bay. This role involves overseeing various aspects of customer service, sales coordination, and credit management to ensure smooth operations and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and run daily reports.
• Follow up on quotations and attend to customer requirements.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets, and conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and sales targets.
• Ensure accurate quoting for non-stock items and adherence to credit limits.
• Complete credit applications and resolve credit-related queries.
• Train sales consultants and manage filing of legal documents.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties and liaise with the finance department.
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure compliance with credit limits.
• Coordinate with the dispatch department to ensure efficient operations.
• Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 6 months of Kerridge knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, including supervision experience (preferred).
