Job Description:
Buco is seeking a Credi Sales Co-ordinator for our St Francis location. This role involves managing customer service, sales coordination, and credit management to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-tier service, addressing customer requirements promptly.
- Stock Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels and manage non-stock item quotations.
- Sales Coordination: Set and monitor monthly targets, annual budgets, and sales targets for the team.
- Reporting: Run daily reports to track sales performance and follow up on quotations.
- Meetings: Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review targets and strategies.
- Credit Management: Adhere to credit limits, resolve credit queries, and manage the completion of credit applications.
- Team Training: Train and support Sales Consultants to meet company standards.
- Administrative Duties: Handle filing of legal documents, liaise with the dispatch department, and provide necessary information to the finance team.

Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, including supervisory experience (preferred).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Kerridge (minimum 6 months).
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
