Job Description:
Tiger Brands is offering an exciting opportunity through the Future Leaders Development Programme: Corporate Affairs. This 24-month programme is designed to develop future leaders within the FMCG sector by providing talented graduates with hands-on experience in key Corporate Affairs functions. Participants will be exposed to a structured learning environment, preparing them to take on leadership roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive development programme focused on building leadership and business acumen.
- Work on strategic projects across Corporate Affairs, including corporate communication, stakeholder management, and brand development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key business goals.
- Support and contribute to the execution of corporate communication strategies and public relations initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Enterprise Development, Communications, Strategic Communication, or Journalism.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 65% academic average.
- Work Experience: Less than one year of full-time work experience (excluding internships).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate during the programme as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have work authorization in the country of hire.
- Demonstrates high levels of ambition, self-motivation, and leadership qualities.
- Recent graduate from an accredited institution.
- A strong desire to build a career in Corporate Affairs within Tiger Brands.
