SAB Vacancies – Control VIC Performance PPM Specialist

SAB is seeking a Control VIC Performance PPM Specialist to ensure financial excellence at our brewery through accurate budget tracking, reporting, and adherence. The role involves providing clear visibility of cost accounting key figures and profit/loss (P/L) reporting. Additionally, this position supports brewery operations and collaborates with Zone Financial Planning and PPM teams to forecast and contribute to financial planning, enabling greater predictability and operational discipline.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Prepare journals and ensure accurate, timely processing of financial transactions.
    • Administer and clear all open items in SAP to maintain a healthy aging status.
    • Support the team in meeting weekly and monthly targets, including relevant SLAs and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance
    • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or high-severity issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
    • Ensure adherence to internal control protocols and provide information as required for internal and external audits.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Forecasting and Reporting
    • Provide inputs for the Long-Term Estimate (LE) and one-year plan (1YP) during forecasting.
    • Contribute to the monthly financial closing process with a focus on predictability and cost visibility.
    • Share business-related information with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with brewery operations and Zone Financial Planning to align financial objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and generate team cooperation to drive performance.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure all relevant parties are informed of key financial metrics.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Strong process knowledge and understanding of general finance terms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business skills, with strong time management.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and promote team cooperation.
