Job Description

As a Collections Agent, your primary focus will be on managing overdue installments, negotiating payoff deadlines, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from customers with overdue installments to collect payments on all lending products.
• Process customer refunds, review and adjust accounts as needed.
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments promptly.
• Update customer personal, employment, and contact information to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to rehabilitate accounts and maintain high standards.
• Address and resolve queries and complaints from customers or stores in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12.
• 6-12 months of experience in collections.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of NCA requirements related to collections and credit control.
• Understanding of the account life-cycle and collection processes.
