Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Client Liaison for our Midrand Branch. The primary purpose of this role is to manage client relationships and communications within the CIT Control Room. The role involves ensuring efficient service delivery and addressing client concerns, while maintaining strong, positive interactions with all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve all client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback to clients regarding issues and service updates
- Communicate with clients about ETAs, delays, or potential service disruptions
- Answer phone calls and relay messages as necessary
- Keep the client database updated and organized
- Assist the control room in monitoring trucks and processing data, as needed
- Perform supervisory duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Maintain all documentation and perform general administrative duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA registered Grade C (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in a CIT control room (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the CIT industry is a plus
- Willingness to work long hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
