Job Overview
This role focuses on the accurate and timely processing of sales deals, including on-invoice discounts across multiple business units. It requires precision, strong attention to detail, and compliance with PepsiCo’s risk policies. The position also involves electronic record-keeping of all supporting documentation and ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Access and review new sales deal requests in the CRM system.
- Verify deal sheets for completeness and adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Accurately capture and process sales deals in SAP within the agreed SLA.
- Update CRM status and assign to the Releasing Team for approval.
Pricing Checks
- Monitor and administer released sales deals, ensuring correct invoice pricing.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of pricing checks for audit purposes.
Reporting
- Generate and distribute weekly expiry sales deals reports, ensuring submissions meet SLAs.
- Compile daily reports on open sales orders with zero discounts and follow up to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure control of pricing outside of pre-approved guardrails.
Pricing Claims
- Administer and process pricing claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
- Support process enhancements to minimize pricing discrepancies.
Other Responsibilities
- Execute SOX and GCS controls related to pricing and sales deals.
- Provide direct support to Customer Managers on pricing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contracts and trade agreements for financial and tax purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Matric; a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing & Sales, or Finance is an advantage.
- At least two years of experience in an FMCG environment with commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong systems and process orientation with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SAP BI, and SAP CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of ownership, integrity, and customer-centric approach.
